Lucilla van der MerweLucille heads up the Sales Professionals and Information Technology division. She has been successful within Sales and the IT industry for over 20 years and has progressed to the level of IT Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager for partners like IBM, Oracle and SAP. She has dealt with the top 100 companies at executive level, across all industry sectors, dealing with enterprise software solutions and sourcing professional IT staff for client projects. Her experience of sales within many types of companies and positions gives her intimate knowledge of what it takes to be a successful sales professional.

Vaughan van der MerweVaughan heads up the Mining, Engineering, Manufacturing, Building and Construction division. He started off his career in London, working with various multinational clients. On his return to South Africa, he was approached by the Bombela CJV Group to recruit for one of the world’s biggest construction projects at the time, the Gautrain project. As an internal senior recruitment consultant managing many parts of the recruitment process, he created an extensive network of clients and candidates once the project was completed. In 2008 he joined TreeTop Recruitment as a managing member and has actively helped create the company it is today.
